Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days usually ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Locations

Order Tracking

Delivery Issues
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may reship your order or issue a refund.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Address changes must be requested before the order ships.
Age Verification at Delivery
For certain orders, signature confirmation may be required. The recipient must be 21 years or older to accept delivery. Valid ID may be requested by the carrier.
