What are your grinders made of?
Our grinders are made from high-quality, aircraft-grade aluminum. Premium models feature titanium coating for enhanced durability. Our wood grinders have real wood exteriors with aluminum grinding chambers.
What is a 4-piece grinder?
A 4-piece grinder consists of: (1) the lid with teeth, (2) the grinding chamber with teeth, (3) a collection chamber with a mesh screen, and (4) a pollen/kief catcher at the bottom. This design allows you to collect fine particles separately.
What size grinder should I get?
For personal use and portability, we recommend the Mini (1.5") or Classic (2.5") grinders. For shared use or larger quantities, the Large (3.5") grinder offers more capacity. Electric grinders are great for those who prefer convenience.
How do I clean my grinder?
Regular cleaning keeps your grinder working smoothly. Use a small brush to remove debris, and occasionally soak metal parts in isopropyl alcohol. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before use. Never submerge electric grinders in liquid.
Do your grinders come with a warranty?
Yes! Our Premium Titanium grinders include a lifetime warranty. All other grinders come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Returns page for warranty details.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, select your preferred color/variant, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide shipping and payment information. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@coolweedgrinders.com. We'll do our best to make changes, but orders are processed quickly and may already be in transit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $7.99, or FREE on orders over $50. Expedited options are available at checkout. See our Shipping page for all options and pricing.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping takes 3-5 days, Express takes 2-3 days, and Overnight is available for next-day delivery. Processing time is 1-2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States (all 50 states). We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Is your packaging discreet?
Absolutely! All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos or product descriptions visible. Your privacy is our priority.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking link or enter the tracking number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Unused items in original packaging can be returned for a full refund. See our Returns page for complete details.
Can I return a used grinder?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used products. However, if you received a defective item, please contact us immediately and we'll make it right.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit to your account.

Do I need to be a certain age to purchase?
Yes, you must be 21 years or older to purchase from Cool Weed Grinders. We may request age verification before processing your order.
Are herb grinders legal?
Yes, herb grinders are legal to purchase and own. They are designed for grinding legal herbs and spices. Customers are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding use.
